62. The arbitration award must be made on the form prescribed by the Minister of Justice. No page or schedule may be added.
In addition to the rules provided for in articles 642 to 644 of the Code of Civil Procedure (chapter C-25.01), the award is written in clear and concise terms. The arbitrator may order a party to pay the legal costs.
